Most graduate students at the University of Wyoming (UW) receive financial assistance in the form of a Graduate Assistantship (GA). Students with a graduate assistantship (GA) receive a stipend, health insurance, and full reimbursement of all UW tuition and fees. Students without a GA pay a tuition of US$750/cr, or $13500 for 18 cr, unless they considered resident of the state of Wyoming, in which case they pay $4518 for 18 cr. All non-GA students also pay fees, $1366 per year. If they do not have their own health insurance, the UW offers health insurance, currently $2044 per year (mandatory for international students). These rates apply to the 2017-18 academic year (http://www.uwyo.edu/admissions/graduate/cost-of-attendance.html).

Total for students without a GA: US$5884 (in-state) or $14866 (out of state)
